Learn Vedic rounding, an advanced practice and sequence designed to prepare the mind-body for meditation. If you have already learned, you are free to come along to re-fresh your practice and/or flow through two rounds together in community.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Rounding is an advanced practice designed to prepare the mind-body deeply for meditation .
The practice consists of a specific sequence of soft, gentle and blissful yoga asanas (poses) and pranayama (breath work), which is then followed by Vedic meditation.
The practice of rounding allows the mind-body to drop into a state of deep rest and relaxation, allowing for layers of fatigue and stress to be processed and released. You can think of it as amplifying and supercharging the effects of your meditation practice.
Once you learn the sequence, the practice is yours to be incorporated into your daily Vedic meditation routine at home.
